Help please

Hi,

I have put on about 11 kilos since I started working at the chocolate bar I work at. I love my job and try to resist snacking as much as possible.

I have just restarted the 30 day shred I'm about 83/84 kilos and I want to be 68 my goal bmi.

Feeling very worried, anxious and bad about myself.

I also suffer from ocd, depression and anxiety which is making everything worse.

This is my first post on here and I need some advice and support

    Hi brown.

    First things first- your mental health takes priority. Are you getting the kinds of help you need from a professional? OCD, depression, and anxiety can all hinder progress, but more importantly they put you in a mental pit where you no longer feel good about yourself. Your body can wait until your mind is at peace, if that is what it takes.

    However, regular exercise can also really help treat depression and anxiety. The chemical benefits alone are very helpful, and the satisfaction of a job well done can help rebuild whatever damage your physical condition has done to your self-esteem.

    Second off, what kinds of help would you like? Pointers for a mealplan, advice about exercise, information about nutrition and calories/the effect of those things on your body?
