I'm trying to loose weight but also cut sugar out of my diet! I've completed a week on the app which is great! However I am finding that sugar is t my main issue its the amount of carbs I eat!! Has anyone any tips on recipes or how to up your protein and lower carbs??

Cut out grain and all soda, even diet soda. No sweeteners in coffee or tea. Do some simple calisthenics 3 sets for 20 to 30 minutes every other day. Limit calories to 1500 a day and the pounds will fall off you. You will feel noticeably better in just two weeks.0
