What herbs and spices are in Gordon's Skillet Crisp Tilapia Garlic and Herb?

My Google-Fu has failed me and I haven't been able to find what herbs and spices are in this recipe. My wife and I love it, but it's *way* high in sodium, so we're trying to recreate it with fresh ingredients. The nutritional page is pretty vague, of course, but aren't companies required to list the full ingredients of recipes somewhere for people with allergies and such? Anyhow, if anyone knows the goods, please, share.
