trying to lose wait

we whip our on self work on 5 or 10 pds right now when you lose that then try 5 more pounds; if we stress ourselfs out thats not good been there done that eat 3 balance meals a day and fruit for snack; if eat the same thing everyday you will get bored thats not good, i try also to lose i didn put in on in one day, so i know what it takes to take it off. the older you get its harder; but you can do it :)
