Complicated need help

Hi my name is Dan I just had my leg amputated a few weeks ago and I'm currently stuck in a wheelchair and I'm desperate to lose weight I can't be active like I want and I noticed I'm eating more due to depression can anyone give any suggestions or advice on my situation to help me lose weight please thank you
