Wedding in 5 months!

Hi! My wedding is in 5 months. My first dressing fitting is the beginning of June. I initially lost 10 pounds but gained it back over Thanksgiving & Christmas. I've yoyoed back and forth with a couple pounds but can't seem to lose the weight again. I am very short (4'10") so it's very difficult for one pound to not make a difference. Any motivation and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Keep at your diet it will be key! If youre having a hard time staying motivated leave yourself little motivational sticky notes around the house and the best tip I can give is to go through your kitchen and throw away/ give away anything you know you shouldnt eat! If you don't have it within arms reach you probably won't eat it

Congratulations on your engagement :) I'm planning a trip to Italy in 4 months and want to slim down so that I can enjoy it. Do you want to be friends for motivation? My best friend is short too so I understand the struggle haha

Start now and don't stop after the wedding. This is a lifestyle not a diet, it keeps going and going.
