Okay - I quite like to eat my calories and half a pint of Pimms with fruit in jelly for me is bliss, especially with the hot English weather we have at the moment - whoop! :glasses:

Anyway, all you'll need is:

Sachet of sugarfree jelly I used strawberry but fully planning on making stripy versions with three different flavours (this may take a couple of days to complete)
Pimms
Sugarfree lemonade
Fruit of your choice (I used strawberries and raspberries - the raspberries worked really well).
3 half pint glasses

Add 25ml of Pimms to each glass and then add 50g of fruit into each glass.
Mix up the jelly with the hot water 1/2 a pint and then add 1/4 pint of the sugarfree lemonade.

spread the jelly liquid evenly through the three glass.
Add another 25ml of Pimms to each glass and stir gently (or leave near the top for a bit of added strength).

Serve when set with some cream or yoghurt or just as it is from the glass! :drinker:

    Pimms is boss :)

I can only describe it as a liqueur version of gin (which I totally adore)

    Take:
1 glass with ice, 1 oz of Pimms, ginger ale, lime wedge OR
1 glass with ice, 1 oz of Pimms, soda water (NOT tonic), a couple of slices of cucumber <-- this is great with gin in lieu of Pimms

Hooray for having been a bartender

    Enjoy :)

I looove me some Pimms! There's only one place that makes Pimms Cups around here - they garnish with cucumbers & oranges. It's one of my favorite ways to get my fruits & vegetables!
