Night Shift worker

Well I have been working nights for 10yrs now and I do a lot of research. I work from 7pm-7am. What I have came up with that work best for me is this.
Breakfast: 8am
I will sleep from 9-5pm , I have to get 8 hrs of sleep.
Lunch: 5pm ( Protein Shake and a fruit on the side)
Snack: 6pm
Dinner: 8pm
Snack: 10pm
Shake: 12 midnight
I may eat a fruit or nuts before my shift is over. I also exercise on my break. I may walk or climb the stairs, but on my day off I go to the gym and work out for at least an hour .

That's a good plan --esp about getting enough sleep. :)

This girl is jealous! I have been on nights for about the same many years. I consider my self lucky to get 5 hours of sleep every day.

Daaaamn you work nights and get 8 hrs of sleep?? I did 9 months and I had to call it quits. I have 3 children but aside from that, my body just couldn't let me sleep like that. It wasn't pretty. I commend you. I was still losing weight at that time, though.
