Not new to MFP but new to the forums

Hello everyone! Trying to lose weight again after a bout of depression and general anxiety disorder knock me off of commission for awhile. My Shrink recommended exercising to help keep my levels of anxiety down along with my medication. I have to admit I have notice a big change in my mood. Been going to gym these past two weeks as regularly as I can, taken a couple of breaks just to recover though. :) Anyways wanted to say hi and everyone good luck with their goals!
