Hi everyone! Im new to MFP but not to weight loss, I've been trying to lose weight since January 2015 when I was at my highest of 265. I lost 60lbs but once Halloween and Christmas rolled around I went off track (working in a grocery store selling holiday treats while on a diet is the worst) and then, seeing a small weight gain, I got discouraged and gained even more weight back. I keep going back to a healthy lifestyle for a week then remembering how easily I gained back those 30lbs and losing motivation. I wish my brain would decide to remember how amazing it felt to lose 60lbs and how energized and wonderful I felt working out regularly :s lol
