Going the wrong way

I've gained and lost the same 10 lbs for the last 15 months... I haven't been on track since I hurt my hip... I'm frustrated...

Make eating (and tracking your intake) a full time job. It will be until it becomes a habit. Aim for TDEE +10%to20% to gain or -10%to20% to lose weight. Track everything that goes into your mouth.

^^yep^^ If you're not losing weight then you're eating too much, or more than you think

It's not easy when we have an injury which means we can't move as much. Now's the time to concentrate on your calorie intake. Track that properly and you'll soon be making progress.
