Hi everyone. A friend introduced me to MFP. She is doing great. So I thought I would go it a try. Hoping to lose 27 lbs. The winter was long and I ate whatever I wanted.I know this won't be easy. I need to break some bad habits,like eating too much sugar. But I'm hoping this will work for me.

Welcome and stay motivated to reach your goals. I'm in the same boat.. hardest part is making or breaking new and old habits. Take one day at a time and if u slip up don't give up.0
