So, I'm on the end of my second day with MFP. I am having a hard time eating enough calories. Actually, I cant seem to make to the daily amount in anything except one.... SUGAR... and then I blow it away. But I'm not eating any candy or chocolate. I know my downfall is coffee creamer and I drink a lot of coffee.... which I am trying to phase out completely. But even without the coffee creamer, I can see me having a hard time not going over. Not sure what I can eat without sugar but still up the other numbers. Any suggestions?

Calorie dense foods are going to help you reach your calorie goals a little easier. Don't be afraid of dietary fat. It has no real bearing on body fat and is necessary for vitamin uptake. I use a protein powder in soy milk after workouts to get a quick uptake of protein without having to cook, and nuts, nut butters and cheese at meals.

first day I was on here I noticed the same problem. I ran to wal mart and got myself sugar free international delight french vanilla. Noticed a drop in the sugar almost immediately. I guess I never really thought about going sugar free as part of the weight loss thing. Low fat yes but sugar free. Now anything I buy that has an option for a sugar free version is what is in my cart at the store. Good luck and welcome
