Not new to the site but keeps me grounded

Hi there, I'm not new to the site but it keeps me monitoring my progress to eat well and exercise. About 4 weeks ago I started the Monash University FODMAP diet, and am experiencing a new way of eating, increasing fibre and feeling fresh.
Has anyone else used the FODMAP diet to eradicate flatulence (IBS) and reduce weight?
