One arm is Fatter than the other.

To be clear: my right arm when flexed is nicely toned and more defined.
There is still some arm jiggle/flab on the bottom of it.
However, my left arm when flexed has A LOT more fat on it. You cannot even see the muscle underneath because when flexed, it just pushes the fat out.
I work on my arms both equally because I don't know how much muscle is actually underneath thay fat.
Measuring, my left arm is almost 2 inches bigger than my right arm. It is also very jiggly and grotesque looking. But my right arm is doing great.
I know you cannot spot reduce fat.
Will continuing cardio and continuing weights help my poor left arm?
It looks almost as if since the beginning of my weight loss journey, my left arm has gotten a bit smaller, but it is gross. Like play-doh.
One thing I am concerned about is what if I keep going on the weights, but my left arm just ends up looking grosser.
Any suggestions? Anyone ever been in a similar situation?
I have lost 166.8 lbs in the past 2 years.
I am 5'4. 131.2 lbs now.
Comments are greatly appreciated.

Weight comes off where ever it wants to, when it wants. Keep losing fat, it will eventually be more like your right arm.

It's common for one arm or leg to be a different size from the other.

One of my thighs was about 2.8 inches larger at one point. Everything has evened out now though. I just continued to lean out and lift heavy.
I would personally continue to strength train and see how it goes. Have you had any injuries in that arm ? Another girl that uses my trainer broke her arm and was in a cast for a while. When she had the cast removed, her arm was flabby looking. It took her a couple years to balance it all out but she looks fine now ( I have no idea if that arm measures different then her other arm . but by looking at it , she looks normal to me )

    Hopefully not.
    Lol!
I twisted my ankle badly once. I felt so useless and depressed not be able to walk for a week. I can't imagine breaking a bone.

Are you sure it is not swelling? I would bring it up to the dr at some point, it does not hurt to ask. At your weight, 2 inches sound like a lot of difference for arms. When was your last appointment with an ob gyn?

It's probably that the muscle is bigger on one side. I am right handed, and when I flex both arms, the right bicep is noticeably bigger than the left. I always find it easier lifting my kettlebell on the right side compared to the left!
