Lettuce wraps

Hello all to whom read, was wondering how healthy my wrap is && if they are to be consumed as meals or snack, I was thinking beyond the lines of a snack. I went grocery shopping today && bought some new things to try. I made these meal prep snacks which consist of hummus, fresh avacado, quinoa, chick peas with half a grilled lemon/lime chicken strip wrapped in fresh lettuce. Would this be considered a meal or snack && how much should I consume? I like these wraps && could get used to them

It's really hard to say whether a food is healthy or not in a vaccuum. It's all about how they fit in with the rest of your diet. If you like them, they fit into your calorie and nutrition goals, and you don't have any negative effects after eating them, then they sound great. It really doesn't matter whether you call them a meal or a snack, as long as they work for you.0
