Allrecipes.com has some healthy recipes. You have to wade through the crap. Also, Looneyspoons has a great website with healthy recipes: http://janetandgreta.com/cookbook/looneyspoons/

My Fitness Pal has a recipe blog that lists the macros.
Adjust the recipes to make double or triple batches.

I use cooksmarts (with an "s", i hear there is also a cooksmart, no "s") and LOVE love love it. It's a pay service (but cheap and totally worth it) as I am too lazy to come up with my menus every week. Recipes are balanced, usually surprisingly lo-cal, but hearty, Balance of protein and veg, and have "normal," vegetarian, paleo and gluten free versions. generates shopping lists and weekend prep lists for you and all recipes have a button that logs it right into my fitness pal (although I always tweak it or enter on my own, but that's cause I'm super anal).

Eta: they also have the nutritional info right on the recipe along with a breakdown of the major foods in the recipe that contribute to carbs/protein/fat etc, so you can easily eliminate/change something if needed
