The pressure of a deadline is making it difficult to lose weight

I'm at my starting weight of 120 pounds after gaining it all back due to poor eating. I want to lose weight not to be skinny but to be fit. But I'm bothered by the thought of my weight being apparent in the summer as I cannot cover it up. I have two months till July 1st long weekend, but I don't want to just eat 1200 cal or I'll binge. I tend to eat when I'm bored, and the stress of the deadline is making me want to eat sweets more instead of cutting them to lose weight. Any tips on how to look past this so I can continue with my goal
