I'm Jericka I'm from Chicago, I used to weight 163 which was a great weight for me I was really happy with myself. I got into a great relationship which I'm still in. And while in this relationship I got on the birth control shot. THAT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!! Now I weight 193 but I don't look like it. It's really put a damper on my self esteem. My boyfriend still says i look great but I've noticed things about my body that i hate. It's more of a self image thing. I want to get back down to 150-160. I really want to loose the extra pounds but I really don't know where to start. Can anyone offer me any advice or workout routines. Plzzzzzz

    Advice:
    • Organize your schedule
    • Declutter your house
    • Be productive (if you're standing in line, jog in place)
    • Purchase a glass or bpa free water bottle

    I got a blender bottle, with the extra compartment attached. I have sixstar 100% creatine. Thank you for the advice, oh and when you said declutter my house you mean of junk right?

    Yes. Anything you don't need or doesn't make you happy.

    How many invalid papers are around your house? What in your closet, can you give to charity (NOT GOOD WILL / SALVATION ARMY)? How many things can you remove from your basement to make a makeshift gym to put a TV and DVD player / playstation / xbox / appletv?

    etc.
