Friends = Motivation
To hear people tell you good job, nice work, looking good, etc. that goes a long way in pushing someone to succeed at thier goal, I truly believe that. I just got started on myFitnessPal about 3 days ago and the outpour of positivity that I recieve daily is whast keeping me going ... ADD ME and I will do the same for you
