Need help!

I need help to motivate myself to lose weight! Suggestions?

    How about writing on a piece of paper two to five genuine, good reasons to do it, (e.g.: "Because I deserve to be healthy," or "I want to be around and enjoy my children," and so on), laminate it and keep it in your wallet, and make a point of reading it any time you open your wallet, and another copy on your bathroom mirror, and make a point of reading it thoroughly every morning?
    That would help, I think.
