Need help getting back on track.

So I've lost over 100lbs since January 2015 using MFP. Thought it was easy, and had it all figured out. Problem is that I still have another 100lbs to go, and I've lost the plot.

I'll be on track for a week/ten days, then will binge for a few days. Been in this cycle for a couple of months, not gaining, but not losing either.

How do I get my head back in the game? How have others got themselves back on track?

    Excellent job on losing 100lbs, you can and will lose the rest.

    Don't lose sight of your goal, keep tracking your food and see if you can limit the binging days. Perhaps have a day when you eat at maintenance.

    Be positive, focus on how far you've come.
