I'm not losing weight

I just not losing weight. I think I need to rethink my whole diet. I've had a couple of off days as I had my tooth extracted
but even so the past couple of weeks I've lost 3lbs and have put 4 back on

Give it more time, as weight fluctuates. Something something water weight, something something TOM.
If after (in my opinion) 4 weeks of logging you still conclude that you're maintaining (ie neither losing or gaining weight), reduce your calories, up your exercise or both. Then reassess periodically to make sure you're losing weight in a sustainable way that doesn't leave you hungry all the time.1
