Stubborn Belly Fat

Medications I'm On: 100mg Zoloft (sertrailine), 100 mg Sereoqul (quitepitine), and Velivet (Birth Control). I have started going to the gym about two months ago. Have been going to the gym fives times a week for about an hour or so. I try to work on all parts of my body - arms, back, abs, thighs, legs, cardio etc. If I am sore in an area I take a break and focus on other areas. I try to lose about 300 calories each time. How long does it take to see results? I hardly eat junk food and try to focus on a low cal/low sugar diet.

You need to create a calorie deficit over a sustained period.
You can not target areas of fat, fat comes off due to genetics.
Your medication has nothing to do with the accumulation of fat.
Junk food is a subjective term and has nothing to do with belly fat, and what is termed as junk food can be consumed within a balanced dietary intake.
Sugar is not bad, like anything else too much sugar is bad, but when consumed in the correct context and dosage can be part of a balanced dietary intake.6 -

It depends how good your vision is.
The abs are often slower to release their stored fuel than other areas, but if you follow the advice at the link above, you should see an improvement within about 4-6 weeks, and your pants may be feeling looser too.0
