Frozen Pizza

For frozen pizzas, does one weigh it frozen or cooked? The weight is quite a bit more when frozen versus when it's cooked.

Well in that case, the pizza is literally 100g more than advertised

It usually is off, especially for items like pizza where they have a machine sprinkle on toppings, but hey - at least it's over and not under!0 -

However it states on the nutritional info.
Most of the frozen/cook at home pizza here in the UK give nutritional data for full/half/quarter of the entire pizza 'cooked' as well as per 100g 'cooked'.
Example
"Oven baked half a pizza contains"0
