Extremely active and hungry all of the time - wedding coming up!

Hi all,
I have less than 4 months until my wedding, and I'm only looking to lose a little bit of fat before then. I'm not overly concerned with the number on the scale, as I'm 5'4 and range from 114-118# and am not super heavy, but some fat loss would be nice so I feel like I look good in my dress!!
My "problem" is, I'm very active - I'm a bike commuter and I bike anywhere between 1 and 2 hours 6-7 days a week. In addition to that, I also go to Orange Theory classes (1 hour, 1/2 HIIT cardio on the rower/treadmill, and 1/2 weights) 3-4 times per week, and do Pilates 1-2x per week.
The issue is with all of this activity I'm constantly super hungry. I usually end up above 2000 calories daily - usually around the 2300 mark.
I usually get so frustrated with seeing such a high number that I quit tracking by the end of the day.
Any suggestions??

I never thought I'd be asking such a ridiculous question - but the thought of having to be in a dress in front of everyone/having pictures taken etc does crazy things to your brain!!

at 114-118 you are nowhere near 'heavy'! It sounds a great weight to me

The more we move the more hungrier we are.

How are your macros? are you getting plenty of protein/fat/fibre as they all help to satiate hunger.

And how are you at drinking water? that really helps I find.

Don't fret, you should be enjoying the goings ons on the run up to the wedding, you're doing great!

And don't quit tracking, you need to understand how many calories your body actually needs to maintain.

Thanks! Yeah I'm doing well with water (using the "plant nanny" app - so fun!) Macros can range, but I am a vegetarian, so getting adequate protein can definitely be a challenge, (I eat pretty carb heavy) however fiber is always very good!

I'd monitor my weight if I were you over next month, if you are maintaining nicely then its fine that you're eating up to 2300 calories.
For fat loss, along side the cardio add some strength training, if you don't already do that, it really tighthens everything up nicely and is so good for our bone density and muscle growth/health.

Yeah I strength train, but am going to do my best to bump my weights up a little heavier and see what happens!

I second getting more protein (although I understand it's probably really difficult as a vegetarian). It is far easier to feel satiated at a higher protein %. Especially if you are wanting to up the strength training and already doing a lot of cardio, higher protein will help you maintain lean body mass while losing weight (hence helping you target fat loss, not just weight loss). Try to aim for vegetables that have higher protein value even so everything adds up throughout the day.
