Just wanted to say 'hello' to my fellow MyFitness pals. Just joined. Am getting back into shape (have about 20-lbs to lose) after 2 foot surgeries gone awry, which left me unable to exercise / walk for years.
Today, after only 4-days of exercise, I ran 1/4 of my 4-mi walk. I just decided to workout no matter what & feel I have no excuse to say I'm tired, not energetic, woke up with a headache, whatever... do it regardless. I feel great after only 4 workouts... the past 3-days I was exhausted... the 4th, I feel energized & I just had my 57th b'day.
I can do it. We can do it. Keep it up fellow MF pals. Wishing you all a productive, fun, stress free day!
