Hello, everyone my name is Austin and I'm 29 started using myfitnesspal which was recommended by my health coach because I kept plateauing. I am a distance runner but currently trying to add mass and stay lean which is a challenge but this app seems to help especially with staying in my calorie goal. Along with my full time job I am an information security student but also I read up a lot on nutrition and exercise. I look forward to connecting with some of you as we move toward healthier lives.

Welcome to MFP. I used to run a lot but kinda lost the desire to run after I completed a marathon. I am working on losing weight first and then I will work on adding some muscle mass.0
