Hi,
Would somebody mind taking a look at my diary in a view to suggesting any tweaks I could incorporate for weight loss. I tend to try and go for a run at least 4 times a week and burn around 300 calories each time also. Just want to make sure that I'm not missing anything I could be doing / doing better. I do use a scale and weight everything I am able to also as I know that can be a sticking point also.
I understand that weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint, ive gone through the process before and lost 3st, so i'm not expecting immediate results but just want to be sure im on the right track.

The only immediate things jumping out at me were things like Piri Piri Chicken 1/2 a pack, which is the portion size but does indicate it was not weighed by you. Also 1 apple, which is the portion size but what if it was a particularly big apple. 1 whole meal roll - what if you got the heavy ones in the batch and they are 10-20% more.
If what you are doing is working then no need to worry and you diary looks good and most things weighed, I'm just being nit picky cause you asked.
