I think newbies tend to just post that they are not losing weight instead of taking some time to go through this section to see how many other posts there are entitled "Not Losing Weight, What's Wrong". This same thread is asked over and over and over. But I enjoy reading the varied responses.
Not criticizing the newbies, but newbies, take some time to read, these threads and different sections are full of lots of valuable info.0 -
