Currently bulking around 4,000 calories a day. 2 pounds from Goal weight when I will switch to about 3,200 maintenance.

I need 1,900 to maintain but I'm trying to gain 20-25 pounds in two months so I'm trying to eat at least 4,000 calories a day.

Oh I'm 5'4.5 and 99 pounds btw so gaining 25 pounds will just make me get to the average weight for my height.

I understand you may need to gain weight, but that's a lot very fast. Especially being female only 2-4lbs of that MIGHT me muscle gained if you're training. I would take it a little slower, but just my opinion!

Used to be way lower, but lately I'm never under 3k. Depending on the goal usually 3-4,000kcal

Typically it's around 15 x body weight for maintaining. Give or take a few hundred.

i need a minimum of 3,000 cal a day. Yesterday it was 7,000 full of sweets and a hella lot of ice cream and spaghetti. i should stop being this hungry for all my cravings soon and be closer to 3,000 and then maintain on 3000. all of this is w/o exercise. i have had an eating disorder for 6 years and i am beginning recovery for real this time. using the Minnie Maud technique
