To everyone who is starting their journey

Hi! I'm so happy that you have joined on this long but amazing journey! I'm Mary and I started 11 days ago today. When I typically start these things I never follow through, but this time it's different. I told myself I'm going to workout Monday-Friday, and do the calorie counting. So I did, it's wasn't easy but I did it. When Fitness Pal told me I hit the 10 day mark, I knew I have officially started. I knew this one is going to stick. So, if you're like me and never follow through, try it for 10 days. You don't even have to workout, just count your calories. Then I hope you feel the way I did on day 10.

I hope this helped anyone and add me for accountable friends!!

    Hi Mary! Feel free to add me. I'm Liz, this is my 3rd day, but my 4th time starting over on MFP. I have a hard time following through too (clearly lol) but I want this time to be different! Congrats on the weight loss, by the way! xx
