Weighing your food isn't extreme, it's being accurate. It doesn't matter what kinds of foods you're eating- if you're eating too many calories you won't lose weight.
Accurately log your food intake, accurately measure out portion sizes on a food scale set to grams, and then stick to the calories number MFP sets for you. That's all that you need to do to lose weight.0 -

I weigh 139 and I'm 5'3" and have a medium frame. I don't look overweight but I feel like I am all flab and don't have a lot of stamina as I once did.
