My Daily Routine: thoughts?

Hi everybody, My goal is to lose 5-6 pounds and get generally more fit.

I wanted to share my daily routine to see what you guys think about. I perform this on a daily basis, usually right out of bed and before breakfast:

40 squats, no dead weight
20 pushups with pushups handles
40 lunges (20 per leg)
70 abs (50 normal with legs up, 20 side abs)
40 donkey kicks (20 per leg) with stability ball

I'd love to hear some feedback and opinions! Shoot!

    If you want an effective body weight routine, there is a subreddit dedicated to that. You need to eat right to lose the last weight, though.

    how long does this routine take you?

    you could easily add some crunches, and are you doing your exercises nice and slow to get better contractions?

    Thanks for the replies! It takes me about 10-15 minutes to complete the "circuit". Yep, I am focusing a lot on the movement for every single rep that I do. I am also very focused on breathing right. I was thinking about adding 10 minites of jumping rope... Good plan?

    I would throw in some chin/pull ups and dips. I would also do more than basic pushups. There are a variety that you can do.
