I have brain surgery in 3 weeks, and sadly I will be unable to workout for 6-9 weeks. Does anyone know what I can do in the next 3 weeks, and during the recovery process to minimise muscle lost? Things like different types of food, supplements etc. I'm willing to try things, so even though supplements most likely won't help, if there's a slight chance of helping, I'm happy to give them a go. Thanks((:

No offense, (yeah I know, staring a sentence with no offense means I might be saying something offensive) but the amount of muscles you can lose in a month and a half is probably pretty minimal and unimportant when compared to your BRAIN. Just get better dude. The gym will still be there when you heal.2

Eat meat like lean meat, eat nuts and eggs... basically protein. But don't over do it.
Good luck with the surgery1 -
