We just want you to be healthy and your weight loss sustainable. Everyone has low calorie days on occasion, but continually consuming below 1000 will harm your body by not giving it the calories it needs to function on the most basic levels. And then there's getting enough vitamins and minerals. And preserving lean body mass. Over time, at too much of a caloric deficit, your body turns to itself for fuel.1
