Hi everyone, hope your week is going well. Just started using the diary and finding it fantastic.
Got a lifetime to get to goal .... but baby steps are what I'm happy with and eating normally no silly 'diet fads' are where I'm heading. Hope the scales are cooperative but if not I'll still know I'm doing my best and not stressing about food is the key to happiness. Best of luck to you all with your personal journey.
