Are your active calories supposed to sinc up to MFP? My steps did but not them. If so, can anyone help with this? Thanks

    Active calories don't sync. If you record an exercise with your Apple Watch that will sync.

    my active calories on my watch are less than MFP calculates for the amount of steps I do.

    So when I work out at the gym I have to set a workout? I wish that active calories would just auto sync. Thanks for your help
