People who've lost a lot- how did you keep motivated to lose the last 10-20?

So I've lost around 100 pounds very slowly, over years instead of months. Don't mind my profile, it doesn't show the whole loss. The thing is, I'm in the low 160's and would like to be in the low 140's but can't keep motivated. It's silly, but I think the problem is that I just don't hate myself enough!
I feel OKAY about my looks and my health, and I feel fabulous in comparison to when I was in my 260's. So when I feel hungry, I eat what I want! I don't eat enough to gain, I just don't lose anymore. I exercise regularly, but I don't push it like when I was losing.
I just feel like I have something major unfinished and it's frustrating. I try to imagine how fantastic it will feel when I hit goal, but the motivation doesn't last through even a day. I make a nice dinner and want two pieces of French bread with my dinner and an extra glass of wine (or whatever) and I just eat/drink it.
I'm also hungry A LOT. As in my stomach growls. I am still nursing a toddler and am wondering if my appetite is up because my body wants to keep a good 10-20 extra in reserve for that.
I try adding protein, fiber and good fats to stay full, but it's not enough. My food diary will be worthless to you to look at- I'm on Weight Watchers and log all my food here, not here. I can't eat much fruit (only like 1 piece a day) because I'm fructose intolerant so I can't get my sweet fix with that.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
