So as you lose weight your calories allowed goes down ?

Yes. It will prompt you to update your calories if you haven't within the past ten pounds you've lost. Unless you're at 1200, which is the minimum MFP will allow.0

Yes, every 10lbs or so MFP adjusts your calories, but it will never go lower than 1200 for women/1500 for men.0

It makes sense but it shocked me this morning when it said 30 less calories.0

Yeah, it's kind of a bummer. I just lost another 10 calories today because I lost another 1.4lbs but I'm thankful for the weight loss! It just means I'm dragging around a little less of me so less to feed.1
