I don't eat many processed foods so i wasn't surprised to see zero trans fat in my nutrition. But, when i played around to see results of various foods i presumed to have them i couldn't see any. Do people see trans fats in thrir own nutrition records? I'm in Australia so maybe that has something to do with it?

How/why did you presume whatever had trans fats?0

I looked up my trans fat report and found only 2 days out of 90 when I had any trans fat. One day I had Church's fried chicken and the other I had Church's fried shrimp. (I'm from Texas.)0

Not a lot of food has it anymore. In the United States trans fat will be banned in 2018 and companies have already begun phasing it out.1

Not sure how it is in Australia - but in the US labeling laws allowed for anything up to .5g to be labeled as 0. But you said you don't eat a lot of processed foods so you should be fine, and just in case look at the ingredients of everything you buy. Anything hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated is Trans.0

Some coffee creamers, fast food, cookies -- some of them still have transfats.
Otherwise, they are mostly out of the food supply in the U.S.0
