Good morning everyone I'm new here just wanted to introduce myself real quick my name is Dan I just recently had my leg amputated from being hit by a car and now I'm stuck in a wheelchair for a couple months and I'm trying to lose weight I can't do to much physical exercise so any and all suggestions and idea are welcome and please add me as a friend if you like I can use all the support I can get
