For fat loss, what macro ratio do you recommend. I'm working out at least three times a week for approximately 1hr. Boot camp style, cardio body weight work out. And walking 2-3 times a week as well.

40/30/30 is a good place to start. The preset macros on here are OK too.0

Everybody wants to lose fat. Macros aren't that important. Calories are. MFP's default are OK for a start.0
