Any suggestions to avoid those binge moments that mess up your weight loss progress? Also, add me if you are active on MFP.

I am not sure I binge, but I do have foods that I have to manage very carefully - chips, candy, cake.
Some of the things that I have to use to help myself are:
Never eat out the of the bag or package. Chips and even jellybeans go in a bowl (weighed/measured would be ideal) and the package should be put away in a cabinet not on the table or counter.
If it is something I am thinking about that I must consume, I try and give myself a set time that I can have it preferable after drinking a cup or two of water (and if I miss the time that I set - oh well, maybe next time).
Of course, really thinking about what food trigger your binge eating and just trying to avoid them does help and surprisingly you can get over it, but it does take time.2 -

I either eat what I want to and don't go over cals... or if I do go over cals I cut them drastically (fast) the next day - or I just go to bed and sleep it off1
