    Does it have to be 11 lbs in 30 days? I'm at a weight that 2.5 lbs/week would be too aggressive for me. But if I can lose 1 lb/week and it's not too late to join, I'm in :smile: If it's too late, then no problem, I'll catch you for June :smile:
