My food scale just came in the mail, I'm researching beginner guides to weight training, our healthy dinners for the weekend are cooked and in the fridge, and I'm feeling so stoked. Ever get so pumped up about how successful you know you're going to be at this weight loss thing? I've been struggling a bit this first couple months but I finally feel like I've got all the tools I need to succeed. So eager and excited that I can't wait for dinner so I can weigh everything and log it and just get this thang done once and for all!!

Now all I need is a little patience ;)

    I know how you feel, and tracking everything I'm measuring is like a game; it keeps me working for the goal!
