Not everyone can start with the bar so they adjust to what they can do with dumbbells. 5x5 is a good program to help build strength with just a few moves. A lot of the members of the above group have started to add other work into the mix which may help you out when you are stuck at home without a ride to the gym. There are also a ton of links to form videos and other info.
Also, most people can actually lift more than they think they can. You may be surprised at what you can do.0 -
