Toning/weight loss

I've been eating healthy and working out for almost 2 years. I've lost about 30lbs. I knew it wasn't going to happen overnight and to be honest i'm not really discouraged, however, my legs just do not seem to be slamming down/toning. That's frustrating. I've backed off the amount of weights but I just can't understand what I should be doing to slim the down. I feel like I look like a pear. Can anyone help?

Congrats on the 30 lbs! Where the fat comes off is pretty much genetic -- we all have locations that are "the last to come off, and the first to come back". Just keep losing the fat, and keep up on the weights so you don't end up skinny and flabby.0

You can't target a specific area. Keep weight training and watching your diet.0
