Just retired & all moved into lakehome. Today is the first day my husband and I have had in months that didn't require some chore to sell our home &/or or move. No more 5for5 fast food and soda diets, no more excuses not to exercise, & hoping for no more sluggish-out of shape feelings soon. MYP will help accomplish my goals. Always open to ideas from success stories.

Congratulations on your retirement and moving to a lake place. It sounds wonderful
I do intermittent fasting. It doesn't work for everyone but I sure do love it. I like to drink in the evening so I'm thinking your like on the lake with friends, drinks and food. So IF would work great. I'm not exactly a success, it took me a year to lose 35 pounds, then I gained back 6 over the holidays and now I'm just back to my old low. I still have at least 6 pounds to go, not to mention the fact that I want to start lifting heavy because I've heard that's good for us retired folks. Feel free to friend me if you want.
