Really Struggling need Motivation

Hi everyone I'm in serious need of Support as I'm seriously struggling with my diet and exercise plan. I'm thinking of making an exercise plan and meal menu for the week and stick to that and try and not have any unhealthy stuff, I know this is going to be very tough but I need to get back on track now, please feel free to add me as a friend

    I added you, meal prep is such an important part of this. I find prep easy, sticking to it is the hard part.

    It's hard. I know having a week really helps some people. I've never tried because I'm not that organized. I hope it works for you!

    I'm with you. I've been doing pretty well since the beginning of the year but got frustrated this past week and went crazy. I want to get back on track and I also want to get better with meal planning/prep
